It’s always nice to take a moment to recall all our childhood memories. The funny ones, or the sad ones, even the embarassing ones.
How many memories do you have?
One, two, three? Or many?
Sometimes, some old photo albums or videos are such big helps in memorizing all the childhood events. But, what if those albums or videos are gone? What’s left in our memory? Zero!
So, now, how to keep them in mind without having to depend on the albums and videos?
Story-telling. If you have children, try to always gather with them and encourage them to tell you what they have been through the whole day. The next days, ask them again about the experience. That makes a great exercise!
What if you’re not a child anymore, yet you prefer to keep your present memories in mind? Yet, you feel embarassed to talk about certain experiences with others?
Write a diary or in this world of high technology like now, why don’t you blog?
You know what, writing is a great brain sport!
