It’s not easy to maintain a healthy happy soul when you’re into so many problems. However, don’t let yourself drowned.

The best thing is by seeing things in a simpler way possible. It’s the right way to help you see them proportionally, objectively and rationally.

When you face a problem (or even many), don’t focus on how difficult it is (or they are). Instead, find the other side of the problem, a simpler side.

If a help from someone else is required, ask for it. And, if you don’t feel like being help, just say no to any offers. You need to be comfortable while solving those problems.
