- Avoid fast food.
- Never have your meal without vegetable on the menu.
- Drink your milk to keep your strong bones.
- Make sure you have at least one type of fruit in the fridge (for you to eat, of course).
- Use olive oil instead.
- More water (8 cups at least).
- Never skip your gym class.
