  • Use the stairs instead of the elevator.
  • Walk instead of driving (especially to places not far from your place).
  • Walk your dog yourself instead of paying someone to do it.
  • Make sure you get enough sleep.
  • Stop smoking.
  • Lessen your sugar and salt intake.
  • Cut your caffein intake.
  • Avoid fast food.
  • Never have your meal without vegetable on the menu.
  • Drink your milk to keep your strong bones.
  • Make sure you have at least one type of fruit in the fridge (for you to eat, of course).
  • Use olive oil instead.
  • More water (8 cups at least).
  • Never skip your gym class.
  • Get yourself updated with the latest health news!
