Who says that a fat, single woman—who is getting older—doesn’t have the right to be happy? If you dare, raise your hand! Tell us here why you have such a narrow-minded thought?
Or, you might think she has the right to be happy, it’s just…you don’t think she can be happy.
Well, you are wrong! Totally wrong. Anyone, in any condition can feel happy about themselves, about their life, about anything.
You don’t have to wait until you lose those 20 pounds of fat and get a man in your life to be happy, to perform your loveliest smile to the world. Now is the right time.
Do you know that, actually, it’s all in your mind?
Why wouldn’t you be happy? You still can breathe. Even if you are fat—a little bit chubby—, you are still healthy—you’d better check out with your doctor about it. You’ve got some friends. You’ve got nice parents and wonderful siblings—with their lovely kids they would love to share with you whenever you want to without your having to raise them.
So, why on earth would you feel unhappy?!
You might say, “It’s easier said than done!”
That’s true. Exactly true. I agree with you. Totally agree.
That is why, I’d like to give you some phrases for you to say:
1. I am happy being single.
2. I look chubbily cute.
3. I don’t think I can stand staying at home just because my man—should I have one—wants me to.
4. I’m free like a bird!
5. Who needs a husband?! You do? I don’t!
6. The older I get, the wiser I become.
7. I am unique.
8. I love having the house for me alone. Can do anything I want. Nobody to complain.
9. It’s nice not to have to spend the rest of your life with another human being. We might be of the same species but we are two different personalities.
10. Nobody can tell me to lose weight simply because he requires a sexier woman.
11. I can have all my salary for myself.
12. I can go out whenever I want without having to worry about not having a nanny to take care of the kids! Huh!
13. Men say, women can’t read map. Oh yeah? So, how did I manage to drive to the other state by myself? It’s just their trick to take control of us.
14. Being fat makes me look younger.
15. I can be myself. Rather than those other fat ladies who keep trying to lose weight the risky way, I accept myself the way I am—as long as I’m healthy.
16. I can shop whenever I want without having to think about saving some money for the kids’ future.
17. I have less worries.
18. At least, I know why my blind date suddenly disappears after the first rendezvous. No need to wonder why. I can move on and start dating others who looks for a chubby babe.
19. I can enjoy some time with kids—my nieces and nephews—without having to raise them.
20. I love myself!
Aren’t those phrases easy to say as well as to do?
It’s not that I ask you to deny anything. Maybe there are some of those phrases that do not suite you. Just use those that really reflect your life. Get rid of those which don’t go well with you.
Anyway, whether you are single or wedded or engaged or currently living together, you are a human being who needs to be happy. Whether you are fat, chubby, chunky, obese, thin, slim, or slender, you deserve to be happy.
Rather than to wait until happiness reaches you, why don’t you cause it to happen? Why don’t you grab it?
Some people choose to wait and they end up getting nothing. And, some others choose to run after it, and they finally find a reason to wake up smiling every single day.
There is nothing that can avoid you from being happy. Not your being single, not your being a little bit hefty, not even your not getting any younger.
Claim your happiness right now and right away!
