Bubble Bath before Sleeping




Whenever I feel extremely exhausted after working almost all day long, I always take a moment to get relaxed before going to sleep. How is it?

Mostly I take a bubble bath.

And not just a bubble bath. It’s a warm tender bubble bath.

Normally I do it with aromatherapy candles. I choose lavender to help me relieve stress and sandalwood to get me relaxed. Also, I cut off the phone, turn out the TV and put “DO NOT DISTURB” notice on the door. That way, my son and Mom know that I wish to have a moment of my own. And, what excites me most is that I can play with the bubbles without having anyone thinking that I’m childish. Hahhaha!

Soon after this wonderful relaxation, I get out of the bathroom with a cheerful look and ready to have a great good night sleep.
