To do exercise doesn’t need to go to the gym. Why anyway should we spend hundreds of dollars for doing exercises; those money can be used for better things anyway. To get good stamina, you can do it at home daily. It’s much cheaper while get everything done at home.
Here are a couple of examples exercises you can do without leaving the house. Make sure that during the exercises you are not too out of breath to be unable to hold a conversation. Remember to stay within your comfort zone, and if it has been a while since you have undertaken any form of exercise that you do not do too much too soon.
- To start with why not try doing the housework to some music. Cleaning at a slightly faster pace than normal should get your heart rate up - and also get the cleaning done faster!
- Spend a few minutes climbing up and down the stairs.
- Do some step aerobics, stepping up onto the bottom step of a staircase and back down onto the floor. This will also be good exercise to strengthen and tone the legs.
- Go for a brisk walk.
