The term PMS stands for Premenstrual Syndrome, a familiar acronym used to describe a cyclical challenge with a confusing array of physical, emotional or behavioral responses experienced by an amazingly large number of women every month in the days and even weeks before their menstrual periods begin.
But, the thing about PMS that women are mostly having problem is FOOD CRAVING which leads to gaining weight.
Actually there are ways to help you control this big desire to eat:
- satisfy the salt urge with one intensely salty — and low-calorie — pickle instead of with a high-calorie bag of chips
- get a small, rich candy bar or small portion of dark chocolate or sweet fruits for your need of sugary snacks
- try eating up to six small meals a day instead of three larger ones
Have a nice try!
