It’s not healthy to keep your emotion to yourself. You need to let it go. Let others know when something is bothering you.
It’s necessary because your mind and body have a certain connection. When you are stressed out, anxious or upset, your body will tell you that something is wrong. High blood pressure, stomach ulcer or shingles might be developed after you feel stressed out.
Poor emotional health can also weaken your body’s immune system. Anger or sadness might make you more likely to get colds and other infections.
So, it’s better if you just let it go. Then, you feel better. And, you don’t have to experience any illness.
