2 Pounds Loss Is as Easy as 1, 2, 3
This morning when I stepped on the scale, I kind of surprised the whole apartment by my out loud “Yippiieee!”
I lost 2 pounds. Isn’t that great?
It started last two weeks when I visited my mom. I found my old skirt. It was my favorite. I tried to put it on. I failed.
So, I thought, the war should’ve begun! I made a decision to diet a bit. And this morning, the whole Healthifica team was stunned as I enter the room with that cute skirt. Riana, our newsletter editor, said that I looked different.
“Of course,dear, I’ve just lost 2 pounds.” I said proudly.
However, 2 pounds, it wasn’t that hard to lose anyway. All I did was simply eat more fruits, lessen fat intake and do more sport (jogging, my favorite). I bet anybody can do that. What it takes to a successful diet is only a huge will, the rest will follow.
