I was looking at the mirror and saw a reflection of my own body. Am I obese? Hopefully I’m not.
If I keep on eating without any control, maybe I can get obese. I don’t want that to happen, and so does Amber.
What else that can cause obesity?
According to what I found, factors that have been suggested to contribute to the development of obesity include:
- Sedentary lifestyle
- A high glycemic diet (i.e. a diet that consists of meals that give high postprandial blood sugar)
- Weight cycling, caused by repeated attempts to lose weight by dieting
- Underlying illness (e.g. hypothyroidism)
- Genetic disorders (e.g. Prader-Willi syndrome)
- Eating disorders (such as binge eating disorder)
- Stressful mentality
- Insufficient sleep
- Psychotropic medications
- Smoking cessation
- Genetic factors

I’m not comfortable wearing corset, but in some occasion I need to wear it. Wedding reception for example, is a must corset day.
A corset is a garment worn to mold and shape the torso into a desired shape. People can use it either for aesthetic or medical purposes.
But, there are some advantages and disadvantages of corset that I just found out…
Advantages
- Corsets can reduce pain and improve function for people with back problems or other muscular/skeletal disorders.
- Some large-breasted women find corsets more comfortable than brassieres, because the weight of the breasts is carried by the whole corset rather than the brassiere’s shoulder straps. (Straps can chafe or cut the skin.)
- Some corset-wearers enjoy the feeling of being “hugged” by the corset.
- Corsets can instantly ‘improve’ the figure without dieting, slimming drugs, or cosmetic surgery.
- Due to their tightness and close proximity to the body, corsets can make the wearer feel very warm. They have been most often worn in cool climates.
Disadvantages
- The best corsets are custom made and personally-fitted. The more closely clothing or lingerie clings to the body, the more carefully it must be fitted to look and feel right. In modern times, when labor costs much more than materials, custom clothing can be extremely expensive. Even finding a competent corsetiere can be difficult.
- A badly-fitting corset can chafe, impede digestion, damage ribs, and pinch nerves.

Don’t let migraine follow you the whole day. Don’t let yourself feel as if someone hits the inside of your skull with a sledgehammer. Stop migraine before it’s totally haunting you for days.
- identify trigger factors, which means keeping a careful record of events, mainly of foods that have preceded an attack
- try to rest in a dark, quiet room
- give the treatment (simple painkillers and antisickness medicines) of migraine at the start of an attack, it’s more effective
- If attacks are sufficiently frequent or last a long time, preventive treatment or prophylactic treatment as doctors call it, may be recommended.
- Try as well alternative therapies, such as homoeopathy and acupuncture, herbal remedy, change of lifestyle or diet program

Adverse water conditions swamping or overwhelming the swimmer or causing water inhalation.

Actions of others pushing under water accidentally in play or intentionally.
-

Great if you do! Your lips must be in their best condition.
Lip balm is a substance that is used to alleviate chapped or dry lips. The balm is usually made of beeswax, petroleum jelly, menthol, scented oils, and vitamins, alum, and salicylic acid.
Often, sunscreen is included as well in lip balms to prevent damage from the sun.
Amy and Paz have one each in their purse. Veronique and Jessica just bought one each.
What about you?
Another tips to avoid cracked or dry lips: dont lick your lips excessively!

I have personal goals. Mostly are about wanting to look good and healthy. I think everybody have their own goals too.
Let see what a personal goal is.
Individuals can have personal goals. A student may set a goal of a high mark in an exam. An athlete might walk five miles a day. A traveler might try to reach his destination city within three hours.
Managing goals can give returns in all areas of life. By knowing precisely what one wants to achieve, makes clear what to concentrate and improve on.

Why?
Why not?
One single cup of brown rice contains:
- 1.76 manganese
- 11.19 mcg selenium
- 83.85 mg magnesium
- 0.06 g tryptophan
Also, a cup of brown rice provides 14.0% of the daily value for fiber.
Norma and Theresa had it and they liked it. I also like it. I bet you’ll like it as well!
