There are some people who takes walking as a hobby. They enjoy it and take so many advantages out of it. Not only for pleasure, they also use it as a form of exercise.
There are different types of walking:
- Bushwalking

- Hiking on long-distance paths or in nature areas.
- Nordic walking
If you see people walking in a shopping mall, what they do can be called trolling.

The accuracy of skin-prick test for food allergens is only approximately 50%. Yet, in the cases of severe food allergies to foods such as peanuts and shell fish, which can cause anaphylaxis, it does appear to be more reliable.
How is this test performed?
The suspect food allergens are mixed with liquid. A drop of each mix is placed on the skin (it can be the forearm or back). Then the skin below each drop is pricked with a fine needle, allowing a small amount of allergen to enter the skin.
Yet, this test might be inaccurate for younger children.

There is a popular belief that the consumption of chocolate can cause acne. I once thought the same way too, but when I looked into the Wikipedia, here was what I found:
Such an effect could not be shown in scientific studies as the results are inconclusive.
Pure chocolate contains anti-oxidants which aid better skin complexion. Milk has been scientifically proven to be the cause of acne on twenty-two percent of the milk consumers.
Ergo chocolate bars with any milk content are likely to cause acne. It is not the chocolate itself that causes acne, but rather the milk with which the chocolate is mixed.

Well, there may be several reasons why you prefer to quit the class.
The reasons varie from one person to another but as far as I notice, all only because of one thing: discomfort!
So, it means, you don’t need to hate it and stop having any yoga class at all in life. Simply choose another one that gives you all the comfort you need or start your own yoga class.
However, these simple tips might help you get a great cozy class:
- Get yourself many information on yoga before starting enrolling to a class
- Try to dig in more info on the institution, the class, the teacher from someone who have joined the class
- Choose your style of yoga by asking to watch the class before enrolling
- Choose your teacher carefully, ask as many questions as you wish, don’t be afraid that they might be calling you chatty
- Choose a teacher that you like, it’ll ease your learning process
- Choose small classes, 50 students in a class is nothing but learning from a video that you can do at home!
Good luck!

It’s not easy to stop food craving when on a diet. There are some who can do it, but there are lots of dieters who also fail.
Here are things you can do to stop food craving:
- Empty the cookie jar and keep it that way!
- Keep healthy food choices on-hand.
- Recognize the feelings and emotions that lead-up to a food craving (loneliness, stress, bored etc).
If you can identify a trigger, you can deal with the emotion that’s making you desire a certain food.
Try to deal with the triggers in the best way you can.

Let’s try to be realistic about life. Try to do something that keeps us going.
If you have tough moments, don’t feel sad.
- Smile as frequently as you can. True smiling can make us feel better, help lighter the side of things and makes us approachable.
- Try to be content. Happiness is nothing but the ability to be content.
- See what you have. Don’t just stick to what you don’t have (not what you lack)
- Plan things. Living life the same way everyday is boring. Plan something new in order to sustain interest in our lives by doing new things.
