Such a very shocking news. Williams is known as a very clean person to his fans. Well, at least, that’s what they’ve been seeing on screen.
Real life is hard. Let’s just appreciate his willingness to enter the rehab. At least, he’s making a good decision.
Robins Williams enters alcohol treatment
“Comedian and Oscar-winning actor Robin Williams has entered treatment for alcohol abuse after being sober for 20 years, his publicist said on Wednesday.”
Not funny: Williams enters rehab facility
“To save himself and his 17-year marriage, Williams entered a 30-day program at the Hazelden Springbrook alcohol rehab facility in Newberg, Ore., on July 11.”
Robin Williams Battles Bottle
“In response, the Oscar-winning actor is taking “proactive measures to deal with this for his own well-being and the well-being of his family,” publicist Mara Buxbaum said Wednesday.”

Myth:
Only obessed people will suffer from high cholesterol.
Fact:
Everyone has the risk to suffer from high cholesterol, not only the obessed ones.
Myth:
All types of cholesterol are dangerous.
Fact:
Actually not. There are two types of cholestrols: HDL (the good one) and LDL (the bad one). Why is LDL bad? Because if it’s high, it can clog up your arteries. And, why is HDL good? Because it can lower the negative effects caused by LDL.So, it would be best to maintain a good ratio between both types.
And, remember, you might be very slim. But, might also have very high LDL and/or low HDL cholesterol levels. It can be caused by your family history, it means that it’s in your genes.
Then, what to do?
Slim or not, you’d better check out your cholesterol level regularly. SpecialK and Thankyoudarlin did. And now they’re leading a healthier life.
Yes, leading a healthy life, that’s definitely important!

Do you know that your breakfast menu can help you concentrate?
Have tuna for it’s rich in protein as well as low in fat. The combination is great to improve your concentration.
Plus, it contains Omega 3 that’s good for your brain function and heart health.
Successful presentation and healthy heart, why not?

Jogging is one of my favorite sport. If I don’t feel like going to the gym, I go for a jog.
It’s fun. It’s healthful.
I get to see other people doing the same thing. Some do it alone, some other with a couple, kids, or dogs.
Sometimes, I go jogging by myself, sometimes I ask some friends to come along. It depends on my mood. Among all my colleagues, Riana is the one who often joins me. How can she not, she is a health maniac. I learn a lot from her.
Plus, jogging with someone else makes me feel like refusing all my desire to stop and get a rest. It feels like a competition. A positive one, though.
FTN and his wife, Autumn, jog together. Well, actually this nice man, FTN, is not into jogging too much. He prefers other kinds of sport. But, his wife, really really enjoys jogging.
So, even though he can’t find the fun of jogging, at least he can find the positive sides of jogging for her wife. According to FTN, not only she has a better mood but she also looks better.
WTG, Autumn! Let’s never stop jogging. It’s fun and healthful!

There are many alternative medicines out there. Some might work incredibly well with you while some others don’t.
Reflexology is one of them. Some hospitals in UK have been using it as complmentary for people under going treatment for cancer. The result seems good.
You can read the detail below.
Reflexology and Chemotherapy
By Amy Brennan
Reflexology is a gentle non intrusive treatment carried out upon the feet alone, using reflex points that correspond to the body systems.
Reflexology is highly beneficial in alleviating adverse side effects of chemotherapy, by helping the patient to deeply relax, it also helps to reduce the level of anxiety, helping patients cope with the distressing symptoms of pain and nausea, the results reveal that treatments produce a significant and immediate effect on the patients’ perceptions of pain, nausea and relaxation.

I believe you all know the importance of breakfast. Yet, I also believe some of you sometimes skip it for lack of time.
Karyn’s friend’s decision to skip breakfast, hopefully didn’t end her up to fatigue.
Why would it cause fatigue?
Imagine, when you wake up in the morning, you’ve passed eight to ten hours since your last meal. That makes your blood sugar low. If you don’t refill your energy by having breakfast, you’ll get tired by mid-day.
Even if you don’t have much time, try to prepare a meal that contains carbohydrates for energy and protein for endurance. Simply have a whole grain bagels with cheese or cereal with fruit and yogurt or scramble eggs, toast and fruit.
But, do you skip breakfast because you worry about the calorie?
Well, you should be more worried, then. Skipping breakfast can even make you overeat at the next meal. Plus, you might end up having unhealthy snacks.
So, make sure you have your breakfast today! It’s just a friendly reminder for your health.
Have a nice day!

Being a woman, I can’t run away from the fact that I have to experience PMS.
It’s not easy since among many PMS symptoms, I undergo the one that I hate most, mood swing.
This morning I woke up with an uneasy feeling. Everything I saw seemed to be wrong.
At first, I didn’t realize it was caused by PMS. Only after I finished my shower, I found out the reason of my grumpy emotion.
So, when I got to the office this morning, I told the team that they’d better be careful or I might eat them.
My fellow editor, Riana, said, “Hahaha…I don’t know that PMS can cause great sense of humor. Eat us? You’re so funny.”
I didn’t mean to be funny. Yet, I let her laugh. But no, I didn’t eat her, of course.
So, I sat there in front of my computer, making decisions to what I should do to ease my mood, which are:
- Go to the shopping center at lunch and treat my self with something pretty
- Aromatherapy (I love it so much!)
- Go jogging (I bet Riana would love to join me!)
Perfect!
I believe the list above will heal me.
What about you? What do you do when you have PMS?
