Make sure you loosen your man’s tie or at least remind him to do so. Why?
According to a study, a tight tie might cause blindness. The blood vessels in the neck which are tied up tightly can increase intraocular pressure (IOP) or the pressure to the eye ball.
If it keeps going on, it will end up damaging the optic.

Me @ 1 pm
Last month, it was my baby. Now, it’s me.
I don’t know why, since this morning, I feel weak. It’s like I’m losing my energy. I left office earlier to get rest.
Just now, I had some chicken soup. Its warmth made me feel a little bit better. Yet, I still feel dizzy.
Tomorrow, I’ve got tons of plans. I can’t get sick.
I’ve prepared Vitamin C, warm water with lime and honey, and a bunch of cushions on my bed to help me get rest.
Oh, God, please let me get better…
Me @ 3 pm
Oh, I feel better already.
Was it just lack of sleep? Or…it’s just me getting old?
Huh!
Me @ 4 pm
Silly me. It’s not that I’m getting old. It’s simply me being a woman. I’m getting my period!

Have you ever thought to cut TV out of your life? I have. Yet, I haven’t had the chance to really do it.
And, just now, I found someone who did make the big decision. It seemed hard for her. Yet, it looked like that she was determined about it. She cut TV out of her life to free up more time for all of the other things she wanted to do.
She is Sandra, the Sunshine Scribe from Toronto, Canada.
For her great resolution, she is awarded HEALTHY BLOGGER THIS WEEK!
Why?
Because by cutting TV out, she doesn’t have to get hooked on the sofa, doing nothing but staring at the amazing box. Now, she can move a lot, which is good for her health.
I’m kind of inspired by her big giant step. While wishing her luck on the effort, I think, I hope you all can wish me luck, too, at least, to reduce the time for me to watch TV. Well, I’m not a TV freak, but I think it would be better to do something else than just watching TV.
What about you?

Exercise and Bulimia
By Thomas Morva
Bulimia nervosa is an eating disorder. In the mind of a person with this condition, being fat is something to be afraid of. What a bulimic does is “binge and purge.” He or she eats a huge amount of food within a short span of time. This type of eating behavior is called binge eating. After a bulimic binges, he immediately purges himself of the food that he has just taken in. In purging, he could use different methods like take laxatives or other drugs. However, for most people with this disorder, vomiting is induced.

I bet you wouldn’t have the chance to ask your Obstetrician this question during labor. Yet, it’s necessary to know what might be done to you during the process of your baby’s birth.
Episiotomy is a surgical cut made just before delivery in the muscular area between the vagina and the anus (perineum) to enlarge your vaginal opening.
Episiotomy is done if any of these below happen:
- Your baby is in trouble and the birth must be sped up.
- If your baby is extremely large and a little extra room is needed to help your baby come out.
- If your tissue is starting to bleed or looks like it’s about to tear in multiple places as your baby’s head begins to come out.
So, to make sure that your Obstetrician doesn’t do it for unnecessary purposes, talk about it before your laboring process.

Well, this post is aimed to be a reminder for those on a diet to try the special tea, because one of the benefits of the tea is to help burning fat.
So, I hope it can help Heather, Patty and Carla!
