It’s always nice to have someone, a friend, by our side. A good friend is always there for us.
A good friend knows us very well, our weakness, our strength.
A good friend knows what, when, how to say things we need to hear.
A good friend leaves a sincere reminder from the deepest heart…

Considering to walk to replace your gym session? You can. But make sure to check out these tips first…
If You Are Going To Walk For Exercise, Do It Right
By Mike Conley
It seems every spring I see so many people out walking to get in shape for the summer. They typically walk in a group, go for about an hour, talk about the kids, jobs, the parent teacher meeting last night, etc. These seem to be the same people that complain they exercise all the time but just can not lose any weight. Before you know it, the exercise routine is abandoned and they are right back to their old ways. Sure they may watch what they eat, but they never seem to come close to achieving the goal that started them down the exercise path in the first place.

Are you worried about getting old?
Let me ask you: “Have you been sleeping 7-8 hours a day?”
If you answer, “NO!”…well, you’re doing the right thing worrying about getting old.
If you get enough sleep, your body will produce human growth hormone (HGH). HGH is the hormone that helps cells to grow. It strengthens your bones and regenerates your skin cells.
Besides, while you’re sleeping, the production of protein also augments. Protein is needed to improve your body cells damaged by the free radicals, either out of pollutions or stress.
So, now, make sure to sleep 7-8 hours a day and feel young everyday.

It’s not always easy for people with diabetes to control the food they consume. However, it’s a must.
Actually the easiest thing they can do is simply be a vegan.
By being one, they can avoid consuming meat, egg and milk. They can get the protein their body need from lentils and soybeans.
According to a report of the American Diabetes Association, those who do the vegan diet can lower more blood sugar levels than those who simply follow the standard diabetes diet.
They’re even healthier since the vegan diet helps lower the cholesterol levels and improve their kidney function.

It’s never nice when you feel like being trapped in something bad, such as anger. You don’t feel like being yourself. You become someone else, a bad person.
Whenever I’m in such a situation, I do these things below:
- scream out loud, but if that’s not possible (such as might disturbing neighbors, I scream to a pillow)
- Take a deep deep breath
- Write on my diary or blog to express my self
- Listen to a soothing music
- Dance into the music
- Eat chocolate (the dark one if possible as it can help defend against free radicals).
Normally, all or some of them help me a lot. Hope they can help Heather as well in dealing with her feeling, now.
