When one hopes, he is ready that there are two possibilities of results: success and failure.
But when one expects, he is only ready for one condition: a full success.
And if things turn out to be different from what he expects, how is it?
He will be disappointed, then he might get stressed out.
That’s why, I’ve been trying all my best to stop expecting. I’d rather hope and prepare myself for the worst. It’s not that I suggest you not to picture a success. It’s just you need to balance both possibilities that might result from your attempts.
