You and Sugar, How Intimate?

Answer the questions below to find out the answer:

  • Do you consume anything made of sugar everyday?
  • Do you always keep chocolate, candies, or any sugary meals in your drawer or fridge?
  • Do you often have the urge to eat anything sweet?
  • Do you consume sweet food very much?
  • Does your need to consume sweet snacks make you do anything like walking out to the nearest store in the middle of the night just for a chocolate?
  • Do you often feel lack of energy in the middle of the day?
  • Do you eat chocolate and candies whenever you feel sad or not in the mood?
  • Do you eat sweet food more often than healthy food?
  • Do you always consume anything sweet after every mealtime?
  • Do you often skip breakfast or eat irregularly?

If your “YES” answers are:

  • 1-3: You have such a healthy relationship with sugar. It seems like you have enough important nutrients
  • 4-6: You consume much sweet food, but you keep trying to control it. Pay attention on which food with too much sugar and what makes you eat them.
  • 7-10: Wow, you’re very intimate with sugar. It’s not healthy. You’d better control your sugar intake starting now. Try to hold back your desire to have sugary snacks. Grab some fruits whenever you feel like eating something out of your mealtime.
