Capsaicin: Paprika’s Health Benefit

Paprika, not only it contains Vitamin C, Beta-carotene, Vitamin B1 & B2, but also Capsaicin.

Not only related to taste, capsaicin is also related to cancer. Some researchers in the University of Pittsburgh, found that capsaicin can cause apoptosis death in pancreatic cancer cells. The spicy compound kills pancreatic tumor cells but does not affect normal, healthy pancreas cells. Researchers in Los Angeles report that capsaicin kills prostate tumor cells.

So, start your healthy life now by consuming paprika, just like Justine did.
