How to Forgive

To forgive is difficult, but once you keep your hatred and revenge inside
your body, you are a looser. You will never be going to have a good healthy
life.

Forgiveness is like a medicine to our health, said some health experts. The
more we forgive, the healthier we are going to be.

If you have someone in your heart that needs your forgiveness, it’s better to
consider having a new healthy life when starting a News Year. Make it as your
New Year resolution.

According to health expert, forgiveness can decrease chronic back pain,
depression and reduce the levels of stress hormones. Forgiveness is also
considered as one of several coping mechanisms that help people with HIV/AIDS
live longer, or at least more satisfying lives.

From psychology side, the act of forgiveness means improves energy levels and
health in all part of our life: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

That’s why you will not lose anything when you can forgive someone. You can
forgive without ignoring his or her behavior in the past, but still you must try
to forget their behavior toward you.

Forgiveness also means to "give up" because it lets go bad energy that has
been covering your mind and heart. Believe that the act of forgiveness is good
for the soul. Studies have shown the serious mental, emotional and physical
consequences of an unforgiving heart.

Here are some tips on what you should do to forgive someone:

- To forgive you must really ready,
mentality and physically.

- Avoid a defensive reaction by
stepping aside your emotions. 

- Respect your feelings and take all
the time you need.

- Don’t let your pride hold you back,
especially if you really intend to forgive

- Let go of any ill feelings toward
anyone, for your own benefit.

- You owe it to yourself to forgive
and let go.

- If the offense has stopped you can
forgive, if not then learn to either live with it or move on.

Let’s hope for the best. To forgive is also for your benefit. Forgiving
yourself is often the hardest thing to do, but it is worth for your health.

Although it’s difficult, to forgive means:

- Releasing you negative feelings or
thoughts which have been in your way for sometime.

- You are taking a potent-medicine
for self-healing.

- Improving energy levels and health
in all domains of life – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
