Merry Christmas…
Everybody is preparing for Christmas. And they share the joy in their blogs.
Some tell that they are decorating the tree and their indoors. Some are sharing beautiful memories during the year. Some are sharing ideas on activities for kids during Holiday.
Some are going to a Christmas movie festival. Some are wishing to have a merry and bright Christmas. Some are sharing a typical Christmas in the family.
Some are worried if it won’t be snowing on Christmas. Some love Christmas Carols.
And, some simply wish all of us a Merry Christmas.

Have you ever noticed that sickness never stays long in your body while you’re busy and don’t really think about it? You keep doing your activuty as if you’re as fit and well as usual.
That’s because your brain tells your body that things are just fine and this calming warning makes you forget the sickness and be able to do all the task.
Mostly, moms are the ones who can do such thing. Their demanding kids, their messy home, plus their dirty laundry make them forget all the pain. Those things have to be taken care of and they manage to accomplish all.
That’s because they’r epositive that they can (or must) do it.
Actually, not only mothers can do so. Anybody can. What it takes is only POSITIVITY.
Any illness can be cured or at least lessened by being positive. Like what Thaleia’s husband did.
Praying and being positive, both will make anyone feel better.

First of all, Happy Thanksgiving to you all!
Have you had your great family dinner? Have you spent some time to be thankful for everything you have?
Mothergoosemouse did.
And, she did it so beautifully that she deserves to be the HEALTHY BLOGGER THIS WEEK!
She said, “While I could probably name hundreds of reasons to be thankful this year, I’d like to focus on health.”
What a wise way to be thankful. We all know that without health, we wouldn’t be living a nice life. And, this lovely mother did the right thing, thankful for health.
What about you?

So, congrats, Sarah. Fingers crossed for your cholesterol test.
Well, you’re taking it as soon as the machine is repaired, aren’t you?

I’m impressed by Lynne’s last two sentences at her blog written on the 19th of October:
If we’re going with this metaphor then I figure that I didn’t come this far only to turn around and go back to where I started. I want to see the view from the top of the mountain!
I believe those should be the words that any dieters must keep in mind.
Many dieters stop their effort and finally end up in frustration just because they find out that they go back to where they started. And, worse, they give up!
Glad to know that Lynne made the best decision and is committed to her goal.
And, that makes Lynne our HEALTHY BLOGGER THIS WEEK!
Not only she managed to be on track but she can also inspire others dieters and weight watchers!
Congrats, Lynne, you deserve it!

Have you ever thought to cut TV out of your life? I have. Yet, I haven’t had the chance to really do it.
And, just now, I found someone who did make the big decision. It seemed hard for her. Yet, it looked like that she was determined about it. She cut TV out of her life to free up more time for all of the other things she wanted to do.
She is Sandra, the Sunshine Scribe from Toronto, Canada.
For her great resolution, she is awarded HEALTHY BLOGGER THIS WEEK!
Why?
Because by cutting TV out, she doesn’t have to get hooked on the sofa, doing nothing but staring at the amazing box. Now, she can move a lot, which is good for her health.
I’m kind of inspired by her big giant step. While wishing her luck on the effort, I think, I hope you all can wish me luck, too, at least, to reduce the time for me to watch TV. Well, I’m not a TV freak, but I think it would be better to do something else than just watching TV.
What about you?

This week, the award goes to Rox in The City. She deserves the award because she seemed to manage passing her ‘Kicking Class’ very well and she is now about to start her Grading Class.
Not only that, she is soon gonna be able to do the proper push-up, not the girly one. And, she seems to be determined about it.
For you, push-up beginners, you need to look up to this lovely lady’s strong will. Yet, you can start with wall push-up. Then you can try bench push-up. If you think you’re strong enough, it might be time for you to try the non-girly one.
To be honest, I still can’t manage to do the proper push-up yet. Maybe I’m just easily satisfied. However, my muscles are all nicely built. Well, it shouldn’t stop me from trying to do the push-up properly, right?
So, let’s now, get the spirit of Rox in The City and be healthier!
Have a great weekend!
