Tomorrow I’ll be hanging out with the girls. That’s what we do for at least twice a month.
We’re going to the club or anything, just a happy lunch meeting.
Usually my dear friend, Dana, who picks the place up. She always knows nice small restaurants or cafés with great ambiance for us girls to tell stories and giggle without having other looking weirdly at us.
What about you? Do you have a bunch of friends that you can hang out with? If you don’t, I think you should try to make such a fun group like mine. It can cheer your day up! Why?
Because:
- By telling each others’ stories or problems, you feel like taking out some burdens that you’ve been carying on your tiny shoulders. Sharing the burdens with make you feel as if your shoulder’s widenning and they’re smaller.
- By sharing jokes or funny stories, you’re making yourself happier and others more cheerful. Making others contented will make you feel more jovial.
- By giggling together, you will excite your day and make you feel more comfortable & younger, as if you’re a bunch of high school girls haunting for cute boys
(well, at least that’s what my friends and I feel)
Come on, get some friends to hang out with and tell us the wonderful story!

Do you like Andrea Bocelli?
Do you watch American Idol?
I do both and can’t wait to see how Bocelli will work with these future idols. I loved it when they worked with Barry Manilow and Rod Stewart. Both seemed very inspiring.
There’s something about Barry. I always like him. He has some kind of an inner charm. He’s both my mom’s idol and mine.
I think everybody should have an idol, at least one. Many might even be greater. Why?
Because it will give you strength. Seeing them successful in their life makes you also wanna be as successful. So, you get motivation on achieving your goals.
I had never ever been having an idea of being a singer, like Barry, but his success had made me wanna be doing well in my own field.
So, I think, if you haven’t been getting what you desire, try to look back. Do you have an idol? Do you have a role model? Maybe that’s what you need!

Today I visited my friend who fell and hurt her ankle. She seemed better. Glad to see her smile again.
Her smile was even wider when she saw a white rose hand bouquet that I brought her.
I believe that flowers are good to bring when you visit a sick person. Flowers give such a huge streght and energy that the one you visit will feel a lot better.
So, planning to visit a sick neighbor, friend, family? Don’t forget to pick some flowers from your garden or buy a nice bouquet!

Feeling uncomfortable about yourself is inevitable. Somehow, it just makes you gloomier and see life in a sad and bad way.
How to avoid that feeling?
It’s easy, just love yourself no matter what. Here are what I do whenever I start feeling uneasy about myself:
- I ask my pals about what they like about me
- I make a list of what I like about myself
- I do comforting things for myself
- I recognize critical message I hear inside my head
- I counteract negative or critical thoughts about myself, and
- I enjoy life even more!

These days, in Japan, people are bombarded by books and videos on how to cry and on crying therapy.
It was triggered by the popularity of Korean movies in that country. These movies are so emotional that make those who watch shed a tear.
According to a famous Japanese saying, “tears are the sweat of the heart”. It may contain a scientific truth. Like sweat, tears seem to serve the function of ridding the body of waste substances. So it is no wonder that people often feel refreshed after a good cry.
According to some research, tears produced from emotions are different from those produced from such things as onions or eye irritations. The emotional tears can reduce your stress levels.
So, are you now having a problem? Why don’t you take some time to cry?
