I have personal goals. Mostly are about wanting to look good and healthy. I think everybody have their own goals too.
Let see what a personal goal is.
Individuals can have personal goals. A student may set a goal of a high mark in an exam. An athlete might walk five miles a day. A traveler might try to reach his destination city within three hours.
Managing goals can give returns in all areas of life. By knowing precisely what one wants to achieve, makes clear what to concentrate and improve on.

Let’s try to be realistic about life. Try to do something that keeps us going.
If you have tough moments, don’t feel sad.
- Smile as frequently as you can. True smiling can make us feel better, help lighter the side of things and makes us approachable.
- Try to be content. Happiness is nothing but the ability to be content.
- See what you have. Don’t just stick to what you don’t have (not what you lack)
- Plan things. Living life the same way everyday is boring. Plan something new in order to sustain interest in our lives by doing new things.

No, it’s not about consuming flower on your dinner. It’s about having flowers on your dining table.
Why would you need them on your dining table?
It’s simply because flower is so inspiring and able to raise your spirit.
Like this blog I found…the writer loves flower so much. Her dining table is full of colorful ones.
It’s worth a try. I will…

While you are waiting for the result of a biopsy, you might be either praying and putting yourself at ease by hoping it’ll be nothing or you let yourslef drowned in fear and thoughts of death.
And, after you get the result and it is far from what you wish to hear, you’ll get devastated.
Even if you haven’t gone through any of those I mentioned above, I believe that’s what you might have in mind should you be in the positions.
But, do you know that there are people who can laugh out of it?
No, they’re not making light of the suffering inflicted by a deadly disease. Not at all.
“Many people don’t know how to deal with cancer, so by saying something funny, you can break the ice,” said Heidi Adams, who founded the Planet Cancer site. [news.yahoo.com]
But don’t worry, there are unspoken rules to cancer humor. So, noone will get hurt out of it.

Tomorrow I’ll be hanging out with the girls. That’s what we do for at least twice a month.
We’re going to the club or anything, just a happy lunch meeting.
Usually my dear friend, Dana, who picks the place up. She always knows nice small restaurants or cafés with great ambiance for us girls to tell stories and giggle without having other looking weirdly at us.
What about you? Do you have a bunch of friends that you can hang out with? If you don’t, I think you should try to make such a fun group like mine. It can cheer your day up! Why?
Because:
- By telling each others’ stories or problems, you feel like taking out some burdens that you’ve been carying on your tiny shoulders. Sharing the burdens with make you feel as if your shoulder’s widenning and they’re smaller.
- By sharing jokes or funny stories, you’re making yourself happier and others more cheerful. Making others contented will make you feel more jovial.
- By giggling together, you will excite your day and make you feel more comfortable & younger, as if you’re a bunch of high school girls haunting for cute boys
(well, at least that’s what my friends and I feel)
Come on, get some friends to hang out with and tell us the wonderful story!
